A plate full of caprese salad with fresh from the farm basil and tomato chopped up with fresh from the store fresh mozzarella filled with cream, aka burrata. I have to admit the cheese is not local. I usually buy Maplebrook Farm straight up fresh mozzarella, which is at least from nearby Vermont, but I was at Trader Joe's and succumbed to their burrata.

There's a teeny tiny part of me that wishes I never learned about #burrata.
