This is my "find #vegan #cheese subs that work for me" weekend. First up - cream cheese! Had it on a bagel. It's good! There's enough of a nut flavor to feel like a fancy breakfast cheese while still having that dairy tang, and it was easy to make too. Might try adding pecans and/or maple for fun.
