Very cool talk today at #CellBio2023 by Ismail Abdus-Saboor about sensation of gentle touches. I recommend to check his papers, I learned so much about the importance of touches, why we want and need to be touched and what happens when we are touched.

I’m a big fan of dual talks! They give a fresh angle on the topic and highlight the importance of sharing the knowledge and expertise. Sarah Cohen @cohenlaboratory.bsky.social and James Burgess nailed it at #CellBio2023 and showed there’s enough space on the stage for two. A great talk from both!
That's a wrap! I enjoyed my first #CellBio2023 meeting, attended some fantastic talks (a lot to chew on), met some Twitter friends and reconnected with some old friends. Thanks for the chance to co-chair a minisymp @ASCBiology @EMBO! Next stop - #ASH2023!!!☺️
#cellbio2023 was a blast! My talk: Science & Art subgroup are closely allied in #DataViz, esp. in #visualizations for #SciComm.
