Ended up at the gastro again. Not surprised they are giving me a second dose of the antibiotics and I’m on a super restrictive diet with no improvement. I put in another call. I hope Motegrity is covered by my insurance.

Chronic constipation=rectocele frustration. A hernia in the colon for poop to get stuck in - not fun.

New tool at AUGS PFDweek25 last wk. Releve looks like a great splinting tool to push poop out of rectal hernia.
