The specimen consists of 1 piece(s) of tan soft tissue mixed with fecal material measuring 0.4 x 0.4 x 0.2 The specimen is submitted in toto in one cassette. B. Requisitioned as "hepatic flexure colon". The specimen is received fixed in a single container, labeled with patient's name, medical record number, and surgical number. Marked as "hepatic flexure polyp". The specimen consists of 2 piece(s) of tan soft tissue. A smaller specimen measures 0.5 × 0.3 x 0.1. The larger specimen measures 1.0 x 0.6 x 0.3. Larger specimen is bisected and both specimens are submitted in toto in 1 cassette.
