#Falcon family hat, in J&S. Yellow talons and grey under feathers
Cocky vest. Galahs, black cockatoos, sulphur crested, and I forget the other two species.
The was made the year of the massive wildfires in Australia, so I striped the blacks' background to be reminiscent of smoke
Beloved Caro, my red #Doberman in her sweater. The grey is actual a reflective yarn. A rescue, when I got her at 4 years old, she had no fur on her chest or belly, very little on her back and was at least 10lbs underweight (>20%!) near as the vet could figure, she'd been a breeder dog who'd got out and got hit, and her hip wasn't properly treated. She improved but was always a bit short on that leg.
Mitones from a book on Andean knitting, #BrownSheepYarn. The ends need woven in here
Prompt this week is grey. I don't usually #knit with grey, when I do it's generally #colorwork
Patterns noted in text as I remember them, and can be found thru #Ravelry
