And if someone feels the same, the advice the #comiclab podcast gives is to have a website. Yes it might be a bit too much for someone not techsavy but for example dreamhost is offering a full hosting and wordpress (complete) for just 4 usd a month. I took advantage of that and used a template

This is a great tip, the comiclab duo mentions is better to write on paper because you dont have that delete button, and the ideas get preserved as well as you can see how your editing process changed things.
You can also do it digitally just striking out the replaced text
