It’s called #copaganda.
And except for a *meagre few* shows like The Wire and The Shield (both of whom were based on *actual reality*, and despised by a lot of cops for being *honest*) most shows are shockingly deceitful and distort the truth by painting cops as holier-than-thou paragons.

#copaganda is why it's almost impossible to watch any streaming service w/o mostly cop shows. a few were close to reality like 'The Wire" and my favourite that was the closest was "Reno 911". No wonder most think cops are okay and not the gangsters they actually are.
