Digimon Savers (JP Version) (Rewatch): Completed. Finished my long awaited Savers rewatch. I quite liked most of the show. As unorthodox as he is as a leader (and breaking the gogglehead tradition), Masaru is a good and entertaining lead. His bond with Agumon as bros is charming. The other characters are fairly battle Shonen standard. I did like Touma’s arc saving his sister. The show does lose some steam after Kurata is defeated (a problem shared with Frontier), but the Yggdrasil arc is rushed while the Royal Knights and Lucemon arc drags out. The final fight with Yggdrasil was alright but was rushed. That said, I had a good time watching this again since I hadn’t seen it since the early 2010s. That was ages ago. I picked a good time to watch this again! Also, this show has the best Leomon. BanchoLeomon is a boss.
Digimon Fusion (Rewatch): 41/54 eps. More Dark Generals are defeated and the Fusion Fighters are getting closer to Bagra’s land.
