We watched the 1st episode of Scarpetta last night - yeesh. I've read most (all?) of the books. Clearly a big budget but I was annoyed by the tone, the casting, the acting - wth? Does it get better? It was nice to see a certain cameo but ugh.

Finally finished #NeverFlinch, can't believe what a chore it was to get through this book.
There were a lot of things that "should've" captivated me but simply didn't!
It didn't get interrsting for me until after 2\3 of the way in, and by then I was committed to finishing it.
