Regarding the SAVE America Act: my grandfather, Col. H.B. Amdur, U.S. Army, served at West Point, in Burma, Germany (post-war), and Japan, would have been #disenfranchised by this law. He didn't have a birth certificate and no one knew how old he was. And born in the U.S.A.
