I’ve run like a madwoman, From affection Given freely. Pushed away Love and support I’d been begging for. I was right, but I was wrong. Now I stand still. I sit centered. And everything I Didn’t know I needed— Finds me, now that I am open To receiving.

Disorganized attachment creates a push-and-pull dynamic in relationships that can be devastating when left unaddressed.

Finding internal balance is difficult but rewarding work.
