I have a MAA CMPM meeting in a bit. Reaching out to the #MTBoS #disruptmath #iteachmath and asking - what do you need from MAA to feel supported to do the kind of work you need to do around social justice, anti-racism, etc.? More conversations? A conversation on implementation?
I'm #disruptmath all over the place, but I'm not a pro, just a learner. I missed opportunities to intervene & I microaggressed. I also built relationships so colleagues let me know when I did good and when to do better. I'm going to do even better next year. #HarderthanMath
