Estava quase desistindo, mas consegui consertar um mouse com fio da Dell :-)

O problema: dando clique duplo ao clicar uma vez com o botão direito.

Solução: abrir a "cápsula" da tecla e "modelar" a chapinha metálica que faz o tensionamento.
