Interesting pattern: Amazon was contacted multiple times about invoking the EU 14-day withdrawal right but instead of processing it, each agent forwarded a new message (7 total) to the seller. Each message requires a 2-day wait, delaying the buyer’s ability to escalate. #EUConsumerProtection

The empty battery notification that was once available is gone, leaving clients without critical warning. When clicking for more info, it recommends buying extra products instead of honoring the recording length.
