Interesting pattern: Amazon was contacted multiple times about invoking the EU 14-day withdrawal right but instead of processing it, each agent forwarded a new message (7 total) to the seller. Each message requires a 2-day wait, delaying the buyer’s ability to escalate. #EUConsumerProtection

But shouldn’t that protect buyers? Is it me or is this wording is confusing and seems more protective of sellers than buyers? #LegalRights #TransparencyMatters #EUConsumerProtection #EUlaw #CoolingOffPeriod

The screenshot is a picture of the in-app from Ring, showing settings for recording length. Title setting.: recording length. Description underneath: control when this device stops recording after motion is detected. There is a blue caption underneath that says: if your device is not wired, choose 30 seconds or less to maintain battery life. There is a setting underneath that says "record for" and the time on the right side is set to 60 seconds. Then a pop-up comes up saying: ''want nonstop power? Try adding a solar panel. Just a few hours of sunlight every day will keep your stick up. Cam charged. Shop now."

The empty battery notification that was once available is gone, leaving clients without critical warning. When clicking for more info, it recommends buying extra products instead of honoring the recording length.
What’s up with that?

Amazon incentives like discounts or payments for reviews damage trust in all products. How can we rely on reviews if honest ones are removed for “violating guidelines,” while paid ones are promoted? #ConsumerRights #FairMarketplace #ReviewIntegrity #EUConsumerProtection

Not sure where you're located, but you have consumer rights globally. In the EU, for example, they can't refuse your Right of Withdrawal (returning items without a reason). #ConsumerRights #EUConsumerProtection #AmazonReturn #DemandJustice #CustomerSatisfaction

Seems there are widespread review issues. Lots of Amazon shoppers report their reviews are declined for mentioning packaging, delivery, price, even availability! Try the search - the results are eye-opening. #AmazonReviews #ConsumerRights #Amazon #EUConsumerProtection
