Black Medicaid providers, particularly the Eastern District of NC face disproportionately high criminal charges & incarceration, (NO DUE PROCESS!!) not civil penalties like white & other ethnic providers that commit far more egregious and damaging fraud to the Medicaid system.

For years,and still today,many turned their heads, backs and many covered eyes and ears,as Black Americans’ due process and rights were violated.
Now everyone wants to speak of due process . But if justice had been defended then, we wouldn’t be in this crisis now.

Talking heads, Please stop acting as though due process has always worked fairly for everyone. For the vast majority of Black Americans, and the poor, it’s been delayed, denied, or ignored entirely. Go to the EDNC!

In EDNC, federal prosecutors spent 2 years and up to $600K in taxpayer money to pursue an $11K case.
This isn’t justice—it’s a misuse of resources.
