Feathers: They have unique, soft, fluffy feathers that lack barbs, giving them a shaggy appearance.
Speed: Despite being flightless, they have powerful legs and can sprint at speeds of up to 30 miles per hour.
Adaptability: Emus are hardy birds that can adapt to various climates, including cold environments with snow, as seen in the picture.
