Can’t help but recall my first experience of live opera back in 1984 at #EnglishNationalOpera. It was Dvořák’s Rusalka. Always look forward to it winning me over, so let’s see how @OperaAustralia’s new production in Sydney gets there.

Went to the #EnglishNationalOpera to see Pirates of Penzance this evening, and had a back stage tour from a member of the cast (friend of a friend). Fantastic show, beautiful theatre, wonderful cast, brilliant set!
