All the tools I am using.. PixiEditor is just there but I don't do pixel art, I was just curious.. I use Affinity instead.. MakeHuman for making humans.. Shotcut is for video editing.. Flax engine for making games.. ofcourse blender..

Curvature and CRT overlays incoming.
The CRT overlays will match the aspect ratio of the internal low-res image. You can stretch it for further adjustment. This should be sufficient for creating some nice looking CRT-presets.
