While editing #Free5e to account for nonverbal characters, I had a fun idea: a sentient Bag of Holding that uses its straps for signing.
This is extremely cool, and makes a lot of sense! As someone who runs a 5e experience that isn't exactly parallel to 'core D&D', there are a lot of small improvements in #Free5e that address points of confusion my players can sometimes run into.
Very interested to read more!

Our government is both denying the existence of and attacking trans people. (No irony there.) In #Free5e, we added "chosen [name]" to the Gate spell, so it won't work if you deadname the target creature. Small changes clarify rules and bring inclusion.
#Free5e has become a much more complex project than, "Slap together some CC-BY content, add pictures, Export." We made changes for inclusivity, but those had rules repercussions, so we're combing through everything for consistency & simplicity. And it's beautiful.
