Having #CoeliacDisease I have to use some #FreeFrom products. However, they are full of rice flour and seed oils, and other highly processed crap.

Rice flour is very high glycemic ibdex, evict causes glucose spikes.

Il marchio della Latteria Montello, azienda trevigiana del settore lattiero-caseario, guarda infatti a nuovi segmenti di mercato, come il free from, e a nuovi prodotti per accelerare una crescita che già nel 2024 è stata superiore a quella del mercato. A raccontarci le novità, in occasione di TuttoFood, è stato Luca Galuppo, direttore marketing della Latteria "La novità più importante è quella dello stracchino senza lattosio che va a rafforzare ancora di più la nostra posizione in un segmento in forte crescita del mercato quello del senza lattosio - ha spiegato Galuppo - quindi con questo puntiamo a rispondere alle esigenze mutevoli appunto dei consumi. Stracchino senza lattosio si unisce a 2 prodotti senza lattosio creando una gamma vera". Il nuovo stracchino si affianca alla robiola e allo spalmabile senza lattosio per rispondere alle esigenze di chi soffre di questa intolleranza. Ma questa è solo l'ultima novità in ordine di tempo per Nonno Nanni che nel 2024 ha realizzato un fatturato sopra i 134 milioni. Un risultato a cui hanno contribuito mercati storici in cui il brand è leader, come quelli di stracchino e squaquerello, ma anche quelli più recenti delle paste filate, che conta già oltre 1 milione e mezzo di famiglie italiane consumatrici. "Abbiamo diversificato molto entrando in mercati importanti come quello della mozzarella ma anche della burrata, della stracciatella e continuiamo in questo modo a crescere, a entrare in nuovi mercati, in nuovi importanti mercati che sono affini al brand - ha sottolineato - e continuiamo a rafforzare la crescita in questi nuovi segmenti oggi con il lancio anche delle ciliegine nonno Nanni che vanno ad ampliare la gamma delle mozzarelle". Nel 2025 oltre all'innovazione di prodotto c'è la volontà di puntare in maniera più solida sui mercati internazionali. Certo esportare prodotti freschi, con una limitata vita a scaffale, è una sfida, ma Latteria Montello ha iniziato a muoversi in questa direzione mettendo a segno, a fine 2024, una prima operazione nel mercato francese che può aiutare ad accelerare questo percorso: "Stiamo lavorando molto sui mercati innanzitutto europei - ha detto Galuppo - in quest'ottica si inserisce l'acquisizione di Italat France che ci permette di entrare in Francia lavorando su un canale quello in particolarmente dedicato all'horeca, ai professionisti, ma stiamo crescendo in realtà a doppia cifra in tutti i mercati esteri in cui operiamo in Europa. Quindi non solo la Francia però puntiamo anche a rafforzare molto anche mercati come il Belgio e come la Germania". La quota di estero oggi è ancora limitata a un 5% sul totale del fatturato ma l'obiettivo è di crescere molto ha assicurato Galuppo. Nel frattempo arrivano segnali incoraggianti soprattutto dal mondo delle paste filate, su cui la Latteria ha puntato a partire dal 2022 con l'ampliamento dello stabilimento di Giavera, e dai prodotti del Caseificio Tonon acquisito nel 2019: "Sta crescendo molto bene la parte di burrata, che è un prodotto che molto amato all'estero, è diventata uno dei nostri prodotti più alto vendenti all'estero dopodiché stiamo crescendo molto anche con la pasta di Nonna Rina che è un altro lancio recente di Latteria Montello ma anche con il caseificio Tonon che offre mozzarelle dedicate ai pizzaioli, alla pizza e anche questo sta avendo una grande crescita in questi mercati".
