As it happens, Freeview is next to useless in these parts but a similar issue hangs over Freesat which is our lifeline. I wouldn't want to see either consigned to history.

Of course media orgs want broadcast TV switched off - they must love all that realtime viewing data they can get from streaming. Switch-off is a phenomenally bad idea. There are too many apps and accounts, and broadcast has a resilience that IP does not. #Freeview #DTV

It would be nice to not be told my channel map has changed, prompted to retune, then be told I need to renumber half my channels as they are overlapping, and finally be told half my channels are now missing. Why #freeview FFS?
Oh dear. That's TV 80s seems to have become unavailable. Always a handy refuge in times of need, it's limited playlist had some good tunes. Also the main channel has gone too leaving three streams all playing festive filth. Any telly experts know anything (and yes, I have done a retune)... #Freeview
