A very fluffy early bumblebee feeding on the side of a pink thistle flower. It is facing left and has a yellow collar that looks like a lions mane. It has 2 black stripes and a further yellow one at the abdomen and a peachy coloured tip to its tail.
This is also an early bumblebee with the same markings as previous photo but it is much more faded. It is still fluffy and has more beige colour than yellow and the tail is less peachy and more beige.
