Near the old town section of Vukovar a partially restored / mostly damaged building has this gorgeous window garden. It’s poignant. Holes from bullets and fragmentation are visible. Many sections of the city are restored, others bear scars from the war in the 90’s. But people find a way to restore, rebuild, and recover. And bring beauty back into their lives.
