A KitchenAid mixing bowl with overripe bananas in it next to some eggs and behind it our honey, peanut butter, granola, and the stand mixer itself.
I just totally went with what felt right in my heart and added flower, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder.
It came out in a lovely large rectangle because I used a silicone pad in a deep baking sheet.
The bars all cut up and several in vacuum sealed packages.
Homemade energy bars turned out ok. Next time, more cinnamon and nutmeg as well as some vanilla - can't believe I forgot that! 🍽️
