Showing up is 1/2 of the battle. For my 96th 5K today, it was 100%. Had 100 excuses not 2 show up, ok, 10, alright, maybe 5, some were physical, mostly mental. Glad I got it ✔️Goal is 100th by year end. 朋友，你今天运动了吗？

Heat ＆ humidity made my 83rd 5K. Still running 4 my sister Esther文君whom I visited recently in Beijing. She's now able 2 walk a few wobbly steps but in excruciating pain. Ty 4 all the 🙏 & thoughts. She'll run w me & dance up a storm again.
