KubiosHRV now saya 54% Readiness - Normal

EliteHRV now says 7 out of 10 Readiness and a greater balance between SNS and PNS

My Readiness for the afternoon is now significantly higher, but I'll still take it easy.

Grateful to have been able to switch to part-time work. Extra care needed today 🙏
