So my friend gave me one of these and it's a godsend for hot flushes. I don't use it in my pillow, but to cool down my torso and thighs which is where I boil the most. It self cools once you set it aside, ready for the next one!

I could test this by artificially changing my adrenalin while remaining in a calm, seated position and seeing if it provokes sweating. And I could test a #hotflush cure by keeping my adrenalin totally level while moving around doing my daily activities. But how does one do that?!
