Probably not _illegal_, since I think contract law is civil rather than criminal, but I'd like to see if challenging the identity of the parties in the agreement, as suggested by others here, would work. That's seems to be the moral and practical rationale. #ianal

Regrettably, due to slack UK company law, it isn't going to happen unless it can be proved that they withdrew the money from Medpro illegally.
Even then the capital sum would likely not be repayable. Just tax evasion charges.

Assuming both cases win, the first lawsuit forces provincial governments to re-up the NWC declaration after each election, which increases the likelihood it’ll be abandoned for bad legislation and the second would establish protections from NWC for transgender women specifically.
