A nostalgic photograph of Macroom, County Cork, from 2019. The image features a view of the stone bridge in the foreground, leading toward a building with a large, weathered mural of a pint of Murphy's Stout. In the background stands the rugged, partially ruined tower and walls of Macroom Castle, all under a blue sky with soft white clouds.
Throwing it back to 2019 in Macroom. 🏰🍺
Before the bypass, there was always that great view of the castle, the old bridge, and the iconic Murphy's mural. It’s a classic Cork view that sadly no longer has the mural.
