4.5kg of blackcurrants in a sink!
Steam juicer on the side in the kitchen with a pipe out of it to go in a cauldron sitting on the chair below. Took over 4hrs to juice it all!
The cauldron filled with the juice and some sugar and pectin to thicken it so it sets.
All finished! A photo of lots of jars filled with blackcurrant jelly.
