Email to abuse@sendgrid.com and hello@getjobber.com with this text: "I have no prior relationship with the sender of the attached message (headers also appended below for reference). I have not opted in or consented to receiving bulk emails from them. As such, they are spamming through your platform in violation of your terms of use. Please do the needful. Thank you."
A reply from Jobber support: "Hi Jonathan, Thanks for reaching out. This is Marco! From the message you sent, all I’m currently seeing is a large block of email header code. I’m having a bit of trouble understanding exactly what issue you’re experiencing based on that alone. Could you please send a screenshot of the email you received or explain what specifically you’d like us to look into? That will help me better understand the situation and point you in the right direction. Thanks, Marco Product Support Specialist @ Jobber"
Email #3, from me back to Jobber: "The issue I'm experiencing is that one of your customers whom I've never interacted with before spammed me through your platform, and I'm asking you to do something about that because spamming people is against your Terms of Service. I sent you the headers of the email so you could see which customer did that and do something about it. If you don't know what to do with those headers then (a) it's pretty mind-boggling that you haven't been trained how to handle this kind of request, and (b) I suggest you pass them on to someone who has been, instead of wasting my time. Thank you."
