The Conference is less than 3 months away! It’s time to start thinking about your visa needs... If you need a visa, email Megan Brouwer. We’re pleased to say that Canada Border Services has recognized this as an official event, so there’s a special event code you’ll need from us.
In your email, please include ALL information: To: (Registered participants name as it appears on passport) Company/Organization: Date of Birth: Passport Country of Issuance: Passport Number: Street Address: City: State/Province: ZIP/Postal Code: Country: The name of your hotel or accommodations Your arrival and departure dates (when they enter and depart from Canada)
Not sure if you need a visa? The Government of Canada offers clear guidance on who needs an eTA and who needs a visa and for US Green Card holders. Visa Processing times vary, but please apply as early as possible. Questions? Email Megan!
