*Description or Context: The GOSAT‑GW (Ibuki GW) satellite successfully launched on June 28, 2025, at 16:33 UTC (which corresponds to 1:33 a.m. on June 29 in Japan) from the Tanegashima Space Center, Yoshinobu Launch Pad LP‑1. It was the 50th and final mission of the H‑2A rocket. The local launch time (1:33 a.m. on the 29th) coincides with the moment someone in Aso could photograph the night sky—namely, the Milky Way and red-tinged clouds illuminated just after liftoff. Based on all verified data (time, location, atmospheric conditions, visible trajectory, rocket type, and timing of the photo’s publication), I can say with 95% certainty that the image taken from Mount Kishima (Aso, Japan) matches the launch of GOSAT-GW aboard the H-2A rocket on June 29, 2025, at 1:33 a.m. (Japan local time).
