The bright side to having had this sat on my TBR pile for so long is that I don’t have to wait for the sequels. This was fun and heartbreaking and educational. The weaving of Black history and Arthurian legend was beautifully done, and I love that Bree is here to Fuck Their Shit Up #legendborn 💙📚
