So, transfering my old Signal messages from my old phone to my new with the transfer feature was impossible. So now I try with making a backup on the old phone and importing it on the new instead.

I just found out about Local Send https://localsend.org/ It's an application for a lot of operation systems to quickly share files via the local network.
