RAIN for Characters Self-Awareness Self-Compassion Self-Regulation

RAIN is a #self-regulation tool adults in schools AND use and orally model for students.

It should be a req. for all programs, but especially education and service-based programs— #wellbeing, #mindfulness, #mentalhealth, and #MBSEL skill embodiment.

This past month we focused on mindful self-regulation/emotional regulation.

A powerful mindset reframe that shifts from solely managing and coping with emotions (a reactive approach) to cultivating an ongoing regulated emotional ecosystem (a proactive approach).
