Crosta & mollica base, tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, chorizo, candied cucumber skin (brown sugar, runny honey), Stratford blue cheese, smoky jalapenos, loads of freshly ground black pepper. One on the right is sourdough base, mozzarella, extra-mature cheddar around the outside, Jerusalem artichoke, globe artichoke, pepperoni. Was supposed to be vegetarian but wifey didn't want to miss out on the pepperoni.
