I feel worn out, but we got 16 of the 17 of the teachers of students w. visual impairments cohort to graduation- submitted all grades to make it happen. It is the the first time that I taught the same people for two years. I hope to see them all walking for graduation.

Blick in den Schmortopf auf den Sauerbraten, der gute 2,5 Stunden im Backofen verweilte. Er fällt beim Hinsehen schon auseinander. Aber fertig ist er nicht. Morgen geht die Sauce ins Finale. Mir fehlen wichtige Zutaten. Aber für den ersten Versuch: Dieser Braten IST sauer!
Kleine Kostprobe des Sauerbratens auf einem weissen antiken Suppenteller mit feinem Dekor und Goldrand. Ein Data-Suppenlöffel liegt daneben. Mit dem Löffel geschnitten- so zart ist das Fleisch. Kaum genießbar, so sauer. Mit Stolz gehe ich nun zu Bette.
Update:
Morgen gibt es Schmackofatz mit Kartoffelpurree und Rotkohl.
Finale Zutaten für die Sauce fehlen mir jetzt noch.
Macht nix.
