A tiny kitchen in a summer cabin. White walls are covered with pots and utensils hanging from hooks and dishes lined up on narrow shelves. A dish drainer in the left foreground is full of drying dishes. Grandma's yellow rubber gloves are clothes-pinned to a shelf above. Through an open doorway on the back wall there is a curtained window in what I can tell you is a tiny bathroom. That doorway space was the only open floorspace between the toilet and a very compact shower stall. There was just about enough room to turn around.
Special doesn't have to be fancy. Our kids treasured visits to their grandparents' yearly summer rental, an aged tent/cabin left over from the camp meeting era in #OceanGrove, #NJ. Tiny spaces & rummage sale furnishings mattered not. Love lived there. #WeekIforInteriors #AlphabetChallenge
