Out of commission water hose used by fire departments are repurposed to cover tow chains in #LakeCountyCA. Dragging chains that cause sparks ignite wildfires along highways and roadways throughout CA.
Would love it if that (or any!) bill added legislation to require all tow chains in CA to be covered. Our South Lake FPD volunteer association gets out of commission fire hose donated, cuts them up, and gives them away at boat ramps around Clear Lake. #OneLessSpark!
