#Severe #Pathologies & #Disorders like #Psychopathy are a minority amongst the General Population, but are #OverRepresented amongst leadership & authority. Nmho.
This is a Global problem & Authority cannot be left to address it "quietly." That has never solved this, just #enabled it's continuation.
