बिहार विधानसभा मार्च: जनसुराज पार्टी के संयोजक प्रशांत किशोर सहित 2009 पर FIR दर्ज, जानें मामला Bihar News: बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले राजनीतिक हलचल तेज हो गई है। पटना में जनसुराज पार्टी के संयोजक प्रशांत किशोर के नेतृत्व में हुए विधानसभा मार्च पर पुलिस ने सख्त कार्रवाई की। पटना पुलिस ने प्रशांत किशोर सहित 9 नामजद लोगों और 2000 अज्ञात कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ सचिवालय थाने में FIR दर्ज की। यह कार्रवाई बिना अनुमति के विधानसभा घेराव और पुलिसकर्मियों से धक्का-मुक्की के आरोप में हुई। बिना अनुमति मार्च पर पुलिस का एक्शन पटना की सेंट्रल एसपी दक्षा कुमारी ने बताया कि जनसुराज पार्टी ने बिना अनुमति के विधानसभा की ओर मार्च निकाला। कार्यकर्ताओं ने प्रतिबंधित क्षेत्र में प्रवेश की कोशिश की और सुरक्षा में तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों से झड़प की। यह मार्च निषेधाज्ञा का उल्लंघन था और राजधानी की कानून-व्यवस्था के लिए चुनौती बना। इसके चलते भारतीय दंड संहिता की धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया। आरोपों में सरकारी कार्य में बाधा, निषेधाज्ञा उल्लंघन और उपद्रव फैलाना शामिल है।
