The gutter between pages 8 and 9 to An Introduction to Old French, William W. Kibler, MLA Press, 1984. The passage is about the phonology of Old French. Though the text notes that the -ent at the end of third person plural nouns (Modern French example, parlent) was not pronounced, I had a high school classmate who could be guaranteed to pronounce the βnt.
Just a quick question here: who the fuck puts page numbers in the gutter? Is there noting in the MLA Style Guide about this? (It's an MLA book.) #PageDesign #OldFrench

Ttrpg Design layout for an opening chapter style page. The top header is "What is this RPG?", there's a decorative starting character, and art of a young woman on an adventure. The text is filler with an interesting shape on the page.
The second page of the TTRPG Page Design. The header is smaller to mark what chapter the page is in, and there's a section with left-hand space for specific information to be called out in various styles. The bottom half of the page goes across the whole page, probably for bigger topics.
The opposite of Page 2. The main thing is reversing where the call-out boxes are located, visually showing what that style of section would look like as a left or right physical page.
