野菜です。夏の間、どんどん花が咲いて、どんどん実をつけ、いっぱい収穫できるので、とても優秀な野菜だと思います。私が子どもの頃、食べごろの実を探して採るのは子どもの仕事だったなあ。採るのは楽しいんだけど、最盛期には食卓がインゲンづくしになってしまうのが、ちょっと……。
