Yesterday I washed and chopped up a couple garden beets and their greens outside and had both for dinner. 🍽️ 🌱🫜

All the beets and the greens got eaten 😋

I then planted more seeds so I can keep enjoying them as long as they’ll keep growing for me #zone10 #vegetable #gardening

After a winter the garden is waking up. Carrots and parsley are sown, lettuce is planted, strawberries are turning green, tomatoes have taken over my windowsill. A friendly robin helped me while I was working!
