Most #toddlers are #picky eaters. Some children are especially hard, and even have problems chewing/swallowing, or have an aversion to food. Regardless, NEVER force feed a child: Some kids will actually STOP eating altogether rather than face the stress. Concerned? Check w/ your child’s PCP. #pedsky

When it comes to cooking for #picky #kids I’ve found they can like something one day and not like it the next.
I’m having to constantly find ways to reinvigorate #leftovers. Today I took a yogurt based ##pasta (toddler wouldn’t touch today), tossed it in homemade pesto and bam they #eat it up.

Colleen, my dog-daughter/ Kentucky Coonhound (hound-dominant mix)/ Princess, did not get the Blue Star Clean Plate Award today! Her brother (RIP, Pup) would’ve wolfed this down. Colleen daintily picked out the chicken and most of the rice. I’m still having some for a late lunch! #ungrateful #picky
