It's been a few months since the finale of Power Play came out so I think I'll share this now. The goal was to make a peice in the style of a comic book cover.

A comicbook cover for episode 10 of Power Play - the finale of a ttrpg campaign by the DnDorks. Under the title of 'Power Play - Kill the lights' the skyline of seattle is backlit by a purplish-pink cloud. In front of it you can see the blurry shadowfigure of Ghostlight hovering in the air with lights sparking off of him. Our heroes are standing in front of this scene in a v-formation. The front shows TBD, visibly heavily injured, giving a thumbs up. To his left is Ring Bear 6 standing in a defensive position stepping on a phone with Networks face on the split screen. She is backed up by the spirit of her mentor. To her left is Goo girl, attacking something offscreen with a gooey swipe. On TBD's rights stand Umbra, struggling against shadowy constraints while standing over a portal connecting the souls of the dead with the living world. On Umbra's right is Fastlane, running out of one of her blackhole portals.

A comicbook cover for the first episode of Power Play - a ttrpg campaign be the DnDorks. Under the title of 'Power Play - Breaking Story' are two polaroids depicting four people each. The left shows four young adults: Taylor - a dorky looking guy with brown hair wearing a orange pizza shirt, who is held in a headlock by Dani, a muscular brown skinned woman with slicked back black hair. In the front is Rebecca, a trans girl with goopy looking green hair in a burgundy hoody showing the peace sign. Behind her is Tom, a tall, pale looking blonde guy in a blue and orange college varsity jacket. The second picture shows all of them in the same pose but in superhero disguises. Taylor, aka TBD is wearing a brown cargo vest and orange mask, Dani aka Ring Bear 6 is wearing a circus bear mask, Rebecca, aka Goo Girl is completely made out of green goo, Tom aka Umbra is covered in shadows. The polaroids are signed by each of them.
Recently finished Power Play by the D&Dorks, a fantastic Masks RPG campaign, and I was inspired by all the comicbook covers that were created for their art contest, to make my own. Go watch it - it's great!
