There's a block eraser, a mechanical pencil, some markers, and a figure of Vegeta presenting his cake as he leans against a potted cactus. Staging this photo, editing it with the right filters, and writing this alt text took me exponentially longer than drawing the piece, hence why I'm a pro artist who only does quick drawings.
