When you are in a bookstore or library, you can very quickly use a leading/type gauge to identify EXACTLY what the typesetter of the book used during formatting of the book. This gives you font size and leading. The ruler gives you paragraphic width. #writingcommunity #publishingtools #booksky
The Westcott AS-2B gauge can track leading down a full page by the type gauge point size. In my sample the font size was 10 point and the leading was 13 points. The sizes of the gauge have several rulers for width of type (lines). #writingcommunity #publishingtools #booksky #typegauge #leading
